Automations and Controls
“Set it and forget it.” One of the key advantages of a VaporLogix GLDiS gas-lift system derives from Advanced Control Logic. What does that mean on your well sites? Our GLDiS automatically detects if any injection points are shut in or if the rate of gas delivery changes – the system adjusts in real-time to automatically redistribute gas injection.
Real-Time Monitoring
Like many operators, you need tools that integrate with existing SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. You can receive alerts second-by-second, including monitoring of levels, alarms, and remote changes. With the proper expansion, you can even integrate the ability to control compressor station flows from your SCADA system
Small Footprint
Your site doesn’t need a lot of space to implement our Gas-Lift Distribution & Injection System. With as little as a 5’x5’ space, we can get you up and running for up to 4 wells. Move up to 8 wells with just a 10’x5’ space. The great news? Any of these systems can be expanded to support an unlimited number of wells.’
VaporLogix GLDiS can integrate with existing SCADA networks or be set up on VaporLogix-hosted SCADA solutions, allowing for real-time monitoring of gas-lift operations.

The Nuts and Bolts
GLDiS is offered in both ANSI 600C.L. at 1,440 psi MAWP, and in 5K at 5,000 psi MAWP for HP distribution and measurement. Bolt-on booster compressor manifold options are available in any configuration needed for your production operation.
Measurement is achieved through a 1” Coriolis meter, configured for high-pressure gas service. In this application, the Coriolis meter provides a wide 100% turndown, low differential pressure, a compact footprint, and accurate measurement across changing gas conditions and properties.
