About the Role
Vaporlogix is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to support our growing demand for manufactured oilfield equipment. This role bridges technical expertise with customer-facing communication, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class solutions tailored to their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to lines of manufactured oilfield equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations based on customer requirements and field conditions.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and engineering-based assessments for customer projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to clients.
- Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate project feasibility and equipment requirements.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent support and communication.
- Track customer requests and manage projects through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closeout.
- Manage ordering, inventory, forecasting, invoicing and bills.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emissions standards impacting customer needs.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related discipline preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of oilfield experience, with direct exposure to production equipment, emissions equipment, or facility operations.
- Strong understanding of Natural Gas Compression, Production Equipment and Fluids Separation, Gas Lift systems, and facility emissions mitigation technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, practical approach to technical challenges.
