Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Note: Workload may require extended hours)

About the Role

Vaporlogix is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to support our growing demand for manufactured oilfield equipment. This role bridges technical expertise with customer-facing communication, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class solutions tailored to their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to lines of manufactured oilfield equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations based on customer requirements and field conditions.
  • Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and engineering-based assessments for customer projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to clients.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate project feasibility and equipment requirements.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent support and communication.
  • Track customer requests and manage projects through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closeout.
  • Manage ordering, inventory, forecasting, invoicing and bills.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emissions standards impacting customer needs.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related discipline preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of oilfield experience, with direct exposure to production equipment, emissions equipment, or facility operations.
  • Strong understanding of Natural Gas Compression, Production Equipment and Fluids Separation, Gas Lift systems, and facility emissions mitigation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, practical approach to technical challenges.
